The main business scope includes: patent application, writing, OA reply, review, invalidation, patent search, patent infringement analysis, patent administrative litigation and infringement litigation.

In July 2005, he graduated from the Mechanical Engineering School of Dalian University of Technology, majored in mechanical and electrical foreign trade with a bachelor's degree in engineering and a bachelor's degree in Japanese, and in March 2019, he graduated from the intellectual property Studies Department of Osaka University of Technology with a master's degree.

He joined China Science and Technology Patent and Trademark Agency Co., Ltd. in July 2005 and was qualified as a patent agent in China in 2010.
