Xiaoming WU Partner Patent Attorney Authorized Patent Litigator

Mr. Wu joined CSPTAL in 2003. He was admitted as Patent Attorney in 2004. Mr. Wu's IP practice covers a various areas in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical and chemical patents. Mr. Wu has handled more than 1,000 patent applications and prosecution cases. He has also provided legal services in IP-related matters such as patent validity and infringement analysis as well as FTO.

Mr. Wu obtained his bachelor degree in Biochemical Engineering from Nanjing University of Science & Technology in 1999 and master degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Tsinghua University in 2002. He further obtained master degree in intellectual property from Turin University in Italy in 2011-2012 and studied US patent practice in Scully Scott Murphy Presser LLP in New York in 2014.
