张宇园 Patent  Attorney Legal Professional Qualification

Mr. Zhang specializes in material engineering and electronics engineering for patent protection. Mr.Zhang's patent expertise covers a variety of areas in material engineering and electronics engineering, especially, semiconductor devices, computer software related inventions, computer peripheral devices and manufacturing processes, image processing and imaging apparatuses,

inorganic material and organic material.

Mr.Zhang also provides legal services regarding patent inquiry and search, drafting, patent re-examination and invalidation, and other matters related to intellectual property rights.

Mr. Zhang began his career in intellectual property in 2009, and joined CSPTAL in 2015. Mr.Zhang served in Materials Department of CNIPA from 2009 to 2015 as an examiner. At CNIPA, he was responsible for patent examination, reexamination and research .He has dealt with more than 300 patent examinations cases, and 60 patent reexamination cases. He also provided training to new examiners on patent examination. Mr. Zhang is also familiar with the prosecution procedures and requirements before USPTO.

Mr. Zhang got his master degree of engineering from Beihang University in April, 2007.

Mr. Zhang is proficient in Chinese and English. He was qualified as a patent attorney in 2018. Mr. Zhang has passed the National Judicial Examination.
