Bo LI Patent Attorney  Ph.D

Dr. Li obtained his bachelor’s degree in Material Chemistry from Peking University in 2006, and then received his Ph.D degree in Analytical Chemistry from Peking University in 2012. He joined CSPTAL in 2017. Before that, he worked in another IP firm for more than 4 years. Dr. Li was admitted as a patent attorney in 2015.

Dr. Li’s IP practice focuses on patent drafting and prosecution as well as providing legal services regarding patent search, opinions on patentability, re-examination and invalidation, and other matters related to intellectual property right. He has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in a variety of technical fields, including chemistry, chemical engineering, material, pharmaceuticals, medical device, etc. Dr. Li’s working languages are Chinese and English.
