Xuying GUAN Patent Attorney

Mrs. Guan was admitted as Patent Attorney in 2014, and joined CSPTAL in 2017.  Prior to that, she had worked in another IP firm for 4 years.  Mrs. Guan’s IP practice covers various areas including biological technology, genetic engineering, microbiology, biochemistry, and pharmacochemistry. She has handled a large number of patent applications, and also provides legal services in IP-related matters.

Mrs. Guan earned her bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Peking University in 2011 and then obtained the master’s degree in Chemical Biology from Peking University in 2013.

Mrs. Guan is proficient in Chinese and English.
