Mr. He practices in the multiple areas of intellectual property law, and his technical expertise covers Chemistry, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutics, in particular, physical chemistry, organic chemistry, polymer science, biochemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, petro-chemistry and fine chemistry.

Mr. He has handled a large number of patent applications and inquiries. He also provides legal services regarding patent inquiry and search, patent review, invalidation, patent administrative proceedings, investigation of patent infringement, licensing and assignment of patents and know-how, and other matters related to intellectual property rights.  

Mr. He obtained his Ph.D. Degree in Chemistry from Peking University in 1999 and then carried out his post-doctoral research in College of Life Sciences, Peking University.  

Mr. He joined CSPTAL in 2005 and became a patent attorney in 2008.

Mr. He is proficient in Chinese and English.
