Xiaobing WU Patent Attorney

Mrs. Wu specializes in electro-optical technology for patent protection.  Mrs. Wu's expertise covers a variety of areas in electronics engineering, optical technology, image and signal processing, and communication systems.

Mrs. Wu began her career in intellectual property in 2012, and joined CSPTAL in 2016. She was qualified as a patent attorney before CNIPA in 2015.

Mrs. Wu acts on drafting and prosecution of patent applications. Mrs. Wu also provides legal services such as patent re-examination and invalidation, and other affairs concerning intellectual property rights. Mrs. Wu is also familiar with the prosecution procedures and requirements before EPO and USPTO.

Before joining CSPTAL, Mrs. Wu received her B.S. degree in Optical Information Science and Technology from Tianjin University of Technology in 2009, and M.S. degree in Optical Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2012.

Mrs. Wu is proficient in Chinese and English.
