Qi SHEN Patent Attorney

Mr. Shen’s patent expertise covers technical areas of communication, network, and electronic circuit, including: telecommunication, networking, e- commerce， analog circuits, RF circuit and antenna.

Mr. Shen provides services of drafting patent applications, prosecuting the applications of both domestic and foreign clients, reexamination, patent search, and patent analysis. Mr. Shen have drafted hundreds of CN patent applications and provided professional services of responding to office communications, patent analysis, and counseling for many high-profile domestic and multinational corporations.

Mr. Shen obtained a B.S. degree in telecommunication engineering in 2000 from Chongqing University of Telecommunications and Posts, and M.S. degree in 2007 in Circuit & System from Beijing University of Telecommunications and Posts.  Mr. Shen used to work in China Mobile on network deployment and optimization.

Mr. Shen joined CSPTAL in 2008 and was admitted as a Chinese patent attorney in 2012. 

Mr. Shen is proficient in Chinese and English.
