Jun PAN Patent Attorney

Mr. Pan’s patent expertise covers technical areas of electrics, optics and physics, including: microelectronics, microstructure fabrication, semiconductors, liquid display, optical engineering, control systems, detection, mechanical & electronic products, semiconductor fabrication.

Mr. Pan provides services of drafting patent applications, prosecuting the applications of both domestic and foreign clients, reexamination, and invalidation procedures, rendering opinions on infringement and/or invalidity as well as patent search. Mr. Pan has drafted a plurality of patent applications and provided a large number of professional services of responding to office communications, patent analysis, and patent search, for many high-profile multinational and domestic corporations. Mr. Pan has also represented domestic applicants for many patent applications abroad, especially the United States and Europe, and is capable of handling foreign-related applications.

Mr. Pan obtained a B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering in 2004 and a M.S. degree in Electronics Engineering in 2007 from Southeast University.  Mr. Pan started patent work from 2007 and used to work in China National Intellectual Property Administration（CNIPA）as a substantive examiner.

Mr. Pan was admitted as a Chinese patent attorney in 2011 and joined CSPTAL in 2016.
