Liang HUANG Partner Patent Attorney

Mr. Huang’s patent expertise covers technical areas of electronics, and is particularly good at the technical fields of communication standards, image processing, display technology, artificial intelligence, among others.

Mr. Huang provides services of drafting patent applications, prosecuting the applications for both domestic and foreign clients, reexamination, invalidation, and appeal procedures, rendering opinions on infringement and/or invalidity as well as patent search. Mr. Huang have drafted hundreds of CN, US, and EP patent applications and provided professional services of responding to office communications, patent analysis, patent mapping, and counseling on invalidation strategies, for many high-profile domestic and multinational corporations.

Mr. Huang obtained a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics in 2002 from Tsinghua University and a M.S. degree in Scientific Computing in 2004 from U.C Davis.

Mr. Huang joined CSPTAL in 2009 and was admitted as a Chinese patent attorney in 2011.
