Xu JIN Patent Attorney

Mr. Jin’s patent expertise covers technical areas of mechanics, optics and semiconductor, including: optical engineering, semiconductors, liquid crystal display, mechanical & electronic products, automotive, aircraft, pressure vessels and medical instruments.

Mr. Jin provides services of drafting patent applications, prosecuting the applications of foreign clients. Mr. Jin have proceeded hundreds of CN, US and EP patent applications and provided professional services of responding to office communications.

Mr. Jin has a Master’s degree in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, P.R.China, and a B.Sc. in Mechancal Manufacturing and Automation from the same. Mr. Jin worked in BOE display technology co. LTD as a Mechanics & Optics Engineer for several years.

Mr. Jin joined CSPTAL in 2019 and was admitted as a Chinese patent attorney in 2019.
