Jie WEN Patent Attorney   Ph. D

Ms. Wen has been practicing intellectual property law for 11 years. She provides services of drafting, patent prosecution, reexamination, patent invalidation, legal opinion, infringement analysis, and related issues. Typical clients include both multinational companies and domestic companies.

Ms. Wen obtained her B.S. in Engineering Mechanics in Tongji University in 1998, and then obtained her Ph.D. degree in Tsinghua University in 2003. She worked in two universities in Singapore and France as a research fellow and Post Doc during 2004~2006.

In 2015, she joined CSPTAL.  Before that, she worked as a patent attorney in another Chinese patent law firm for 5 years.

Ms. Wen was admitted as a patent attorney in 2013.

Ms. Wen is proficient in Chinese, English and French.
