Yang BI Patent attorney  Ph.D

BI’s patent expertise covers technical areas of mechanics, electrics, optics and physics, including: instruments, optical engineering, microstructure fabrication, semiconductors, liquid display, control systems, detection, mechanical & electronic products, molding, welding, spinning, materials fabrication, printing, and domestic appliances.

In many years of professional experience, Bi has represented numerous patent applications for many well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, scientific research institutions and universities, handled various matters related to the patent application process, and accumulated rich experience in the stages of application, examination, and review, including: drafting of application documents, examination opinion responses, patent reexamination, etc.

BI obtained a Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid electronics from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2012. He has been engaged in standardization research at the China Aerospace Standardization Institute.

BI joined CSPTAL in 2014 and was admitted as a Chinese patent attorney in 2017.
