Ms. Tian graduated from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Science and have a Master Degree in science. She has 4 years experiences in patent data analysis and patent classification for State Intellectual Property Office. After that, Yuan extensively drafted and prosecuted Chinese and foreign patent applications. She has helped companies shape their patent portfolios, formulated patent mining strategies and performed patent analysis.

Currently, Ms. Tian focuses on patent litigation and post-grant proceedings, including validity analysis, patent invalidation and patent infringement. Ms. Tian is also experienced in patent assignment, patent licensing and providing litigation support.
