The list shows that in 2020, CSPTAL invention patent application rejection proportion is 12%, ranking second in the ranking from low to high. The proportion of rejection shows that CSPTAL invention patent application granting rate reached 88% in 2020, which is an excellent result.
According to the statistical analysis of the ranking list, as of January 6, 2021, the number of invention rejection in 2020 is 47.5% higher than that in 2019, and the average number of rejection proportion of top 100 agencies in the ranking is about 51%.
