Fangming FAN Deputy Manager of Outbound Business Group Patent Attorney

Ms. Fan specializes in electronics engineering for patent protection.  Ms. Fan's expertise covers a variety of areas in electronics engineering, especially, electronic circuits, network communications, displays, touch controls, and image processing.

Ms. Fan began her career in intellectual property in 2007, and joined CSPTAL in 2008. She was qualified as a Chinese patent attorney in 2013.

Ms. Fan acts on drafting and prosecution of patent applications. Ms. Fan also provides legal services such as patent re-examination and invalidation. Ms. Fan is also familiar with the prosecution procedures and requirements before EPO and USPTO.

Ms. Fan received her B.S. degree in EE from Beijing Institute of Technology University in 2005, and M.S. degree in EE from Graduate School of Beijing Institute of Technology University in 2007.

Ms. Fan is proficient in Chinese and English.
