Mr. Fan graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering of Shanghai Jiaotong University. He ever worked on development of electronic products at Xi’an Huanghe Mechanical and Electric Equipment Ltd. He obtained his master degree from Japan Polytechnic University. Then he did product development at Nihon Dengyo Corp.

He joined China Science in 2001. He practices patents relating to electronics and telecommunications..
